Returns & Refunds

We do hope that you are happy with your order; if you have any problems, please get in touch with us.

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days from the date of receiving your order, if all the following apply:

• Products are in resellable condition.
• Products are unused.
• Products are unopened.
• Product seals are not broken.
• Products are still in their original packaging.

For returns, the customer would also have to pay for the order to be returned back to us. Once the order has been returned to us and has been checked and confirmed to be in the required condition, a refund will be processed.
